Most Cross dressers, transvestites etc.. have a high heel fetish.
7 Inch Heels, the highest heel a cross dresser could stand in...
Here I am wearing 7 inch high heels a mini denim skirt and orange stockings. OK they
look good and are about as high as one can cope with in a flat sole style (no platform)
and certainly you could not go shopping in them. I would challenge any Genetic Girl
to achieve this never mind a tranny.
These are strictly indoor shoes for fun. In case your wondering these are made my
"The Highest Heel", very appropriate! My wife also has shoes by the same company
a very nice pair of leather five and a half inch stiletto's, would you go shopping
in those? Don't be under any illusion here when you purchase your shoes, five inches
are easy, five and a half inches are just manageable on the street, five and three
quarters are challenging and 6 inches are only for those who are well used to heels.
Now that's just my personal opinion and I have been wearing heels for well over ten
years.
So what are seven inch heels like to walk in? Very challenging is the short answer
and they take time to get used to. If your going to give shoes this high a go I suggest
you get used to a pair of 5 inch heels first, if your not used to 5 inches then start
at 3 and a half and work your way up as you need to train your calf muscles to stretch
so you can walk comfortably in high heels. Another thing to note is that the higher
the heel (or instep) the more your natural centre of gravity is off and the more
pressure there is on the ball of your foot, this is why you need to train your calf
muscles and toe ligaments to stretch so you can stand upright to compensate. Also
standing upright properly in heels cause your bum to stick out slightly more and
the bum muscles to be more pert.
Why are real women able to handle higher heels better than a cross dresser? Most
shoes are designed for real women who typically have a smaller footprint round the
ball and toe area of the foot, so the broader your foot the more your natural footprint
around this area is displaced within the shoes. Toe curling for example reduces the
contact footprint with the ground that we are used too and that affects balance more
than the heel height itself. Real women also have had more practice in wearing high
heels, many from a young age; so their calf muscles are already trained. Another
reason is that real women have a steeper natural instep where as men have a lower
natural instep (the angle achievable naturally between the ball and heel of the foot).
Can I train my calf muscles to make it easier for me to walk in heels? Yes, if you
want to train your calf muscles stretch you can do this out of heels. Warm your leg
muscles up by having a brisk walk, jog or running on the spot for a few minutes.
Using the stairs step on the edge of a step with one foot and slowly lower your heel
over the edge as far as you can and then hold for 3 seconds. Now stretch upwards
so that your heel is raised as far as you can and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat as often
as you can until you start to feel a burn in your calf muscle. now repeat with the
other foot. After you have been doing this for a couple of weeks you will find it
is much easier to walk in your high heels, you will stand straighter and your bum
will be more pert.
For me, if the heel is less than five inches they are not worth wearing, they are
easy to walk in and just don't provide the challenge to walk in that I like. If you
want to wear the highest possible heel and still move around gracefully instead of
walking like a chicken that needs to squat you should consider platform heels, especially
if you must wear the highest heel you can and try to pass your self off in public.
Even if you don't care much for passing you could not walk very far in a pair of
flat 7 inch flat sole heels whereas a pair of 7 inch heels with a 2 inch platform
soles are much easier to manage oneself in; providing you get the right size.
In case your wondering the average girl on the street wearing high heels (of course
you look out for them!) as far as I can tell wears a heel between under 4 (common)
and 5 (rare) inches, they look higher simply because the shoes are smaller than what
is cross dressers wear and usually the heel is slimmer than that found on larger
shoes. I once saw a girl wearing a pair of 5 and a half inch fuchsia stiletto shoes
and that set me of on a mission to find a pair in the same style. Yes I found them
"Extreme" at "Pier Silber" and had to buy a pair, mine are in black and the heel
is five and three quarters in height. I can comfortably walk in them as luckily I
managed to get the right size.
Most mainstream shoes (in the UK) are only manufactured up to size 8, therefore us
CD girls tend to have to go for more specialist shoes made in larger sizes which
tend to have chunkier heels. This may explain why us CD and TV girls have such a
fetish for very high heels; because the higher the heel the slimmer it looks.
One more thing, walking in heels comfortably or with confidence is one thing, real
girls do it naturally, pretend girls need to learn deportment.
